About Sarah Olynger, LCSW
I am a Licesensed Clinical Social Worker with more than two decades experience in the field of social work. I specialize in holistic therapy that incorporates healing techniques for the mind, body, and spirit. I began my journey when I received an Bachelor's Degree in both Sociology and Human Development through California State University San Marcos. I went on to further my education at California State University Long Beach and received a Master's Degree in Social Work ultimately becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR - certification in process), Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (only Ketamine Assisted Therapy provided at this time), Somatic Healing, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI).

As a therapist, I specialize in holistic therapy working with clients to heal the mind, body, and spirit. My primary focus is on PTSD, trauma and related issues. However I also provide support for a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, narcissisitc abuse, life transitions, self-esteem, stress management, spirituality, gender identity, grief, loss, and bereavement. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for individuals seeking mental health services, and to empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
