About Sarah Olynger, LCSW
As a therapist, I specialize in holistic therapy working with clients to heal the mind, body, and spirit. My primary focus is on PTSD, trauma and related issues. However, I also provide support for a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, narcissistic abuse, life transitions, self-esteem, stress management, spirituality, gender identity, grief, loss, and bereavement. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for individuals seeking mental health services, and to empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Outside of my time with clients, you might find me spending time with my family (both two legged and four legged), traveling, hiking, walking, reading, participating in a yoga or breath work class, or simply enjoying every day moments.
