Therapy for Narcissistic Abuse
Have you been involved in a relationship that has changed you and what you believe about yourself? Do you have difficulty trusting yourself or others?
Narcissistic abuse may show up as:
-
Anxiety: Feeling like you're living in a constant state of fear or anxiety
-
Depression: Feeling depressed or down
-
PTSD: Flashbacks, hypervigilance, irritability, and nightmares
-
Mood swings: Feeling angry, irritable, or emotionally numb
-
Low self-esteem: Feeling like you lack confidence
-
Difficulty trusting others
-
Substance abuse issues
-
Cognitive impairment, including memory, concentration, and decision-making
-
Difficulty forming healthy attachments
-
Physical health problems, such as chronic pain, cardiovascular issues, and autoimmune disorders

Narcissistic abuse can leave deep emotional and psychological scars, but healing is possible through a combination of powerful therapeutic modalities. Narcissistic Abuse Therapy integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help reprocess traumatic memories, Somatic Therapy to release stored tension and trauma in the body, and Mindfulness techniques to ground and center you in the present moment. Additionally, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps to identify and challenge distorted thinking patterns, while spiritual practices offer a sense of connection, purpose, and inner strength. Together, these approaches create a holistic path to healing, allowing you to regain your sense of self, rebuild trust, and move forward with confidence.
